These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hosting, domain registration, migration, and support services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Urbanveli, operated by KASHYAP MEDIA TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Urbanveli", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Urbanveli provides shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS/cloud hosting, domain name registration and search, website migration assistance, and related support services. Features, pricing, and specifications for each plan are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 5.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately via a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or purchasing Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
Prices for hosting plans are shown at checkout, including any introductory discount and the standard renewal rate that will apply afterward. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including automatic renewal charges unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change our prices at any time; changes will not affect a billing term you have already paid for, but may apply to subsequent renewals, which we will make reasonably clear before they are charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting support. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or other customers.
Domain name registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable domain registry and ICANN (for generic top-level domains), in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant (WHOIS) information and for renewing domains before expiration; we are not responsible for the loss of a domain due to inaccurate contact information or failure to renew. WHOIS privacy is included at no extra cost where supported by the registry.
You retain full ownership of the content, code, and data you host through our Services. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Services. The Urbanveli name, logo, and website content are our property or that of our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Certain features rely on third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe) and domain registry lookups (public RDAP services). Your use of these features is also subject to the applicable third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we target 99.9% uptime as described in our documentation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbanveli and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
